The ideal candidate is:

Clinically Skilled

You have a strong background in assessment and/or therapy (CBT, EFT, etc.).

Spiritually Competent

While we see clients from all backgrounds, a portion of our client base specifically seeks Christian faith-integrated therapy. We are looking for an associate who is knowledgeable and comfortable working within this framework when requested by the client.

Relational

You value a team environment where we support one another personally and professionally.
